Daniel Sannier Biography
Daniel Sannier was born in 1944 in France. The artist lives and works in his home-town an ancient city at the Bay of the Somme-river. Most of his inspirations for his beautiful Scenery-paintings come from this area in Northern France, called the "Picardie."
The orchards in bloom, the quiet side-arms of the Somme-river, covered with waterlilies, the wide fields of "Colza" - these are his subjects, and for that he is famous and well known as one of the prominent artists of the Picardie-region.
He has had numerous one man shows in various cities across Europe and continues to receive prestigious awards for his works.
